How large a group can you host?
Our most recent delegate programme hosted more than 120 guests. We also run smaller multi-day visits, such as 30 international delegates over five days across three cities. Tell us the number and we will plan around it.
Do you handle hotels and transport?
Yes. Hotels, airport handling, coaches and every transfer, along with interpreters and guest kits.
Where do you work?
We're based in Bengaluru and have worked across India: Chennai, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Trichy, Pune, Nagpur, Delhi and the Rann of Kutch. In 2026 we also worked in Sri Lanka and Ivory Coast.
Can you handle the whole job, not just the filming?
Yes. One team plans it, builds it, runs it on the day and films it, so you deal with one partner instead of several vendors.
