This notice explains what Paddock Media House collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Last updated 26 September 2026.

What we collect

• Book a crew: your name, company, email, phone (optional), the type of work, dates, place and any notes you add.
• Download brochure: your name, company (optional), work email and phone (optional).
• WhatsApp: if you message us, WhatsApp shares your number and the messages you send.
• Visit statistics: anonymous counts of pages viewed, country and device type. No cookies, and nothing that identifies you.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, send you what you asked for, plan the work with you, and follow up once. We do not sell your details, share them with advertisers or add you to a mailing list.

Where it goes

Enquiries arrive in our team mailbox on Microsoft 365 and are logged in our internal operations system so the right person follows up. The website runs on Vercel. WhatsApp messages stay in WhatsApp. Each of these providers processes the data for us under their own security terms.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to respond and to keep proper business records. If we do not end up working together, we delete enquiry details on request, except where the law requires us to keep them.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, correct them, or delete them, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@paddockmediahouse.com with the subject “Privacy request”. The same address handles any complaint about how we use your data.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and the date above.
